For your convenience, visit our Guest Service Desk situated on the Lower Level by the main elevator for assistance with all your shopping needs and questions. Guest Services staff are available on site to provide customer service assistance with parcels, directions, as well as advising customers on upcoming events, promotions and job opportunities. In addition to that BCC Gift Cards are available for purchase at Guest Services.

  Baby Changing Stations

  For your little one's comfort and your convenience, we have change tables in ALL washrooms.

  Nurse in Comfort

  Nursing rooms, equipped with a nursing chair and change area, are located in the main/lower level in the corridor by La Senza and the corridor on the main/lower level by West 49. For mothers and children only.

  Parenting Washrooms

  Parenting Washrooms are located in the South Food Court, in the hallway by La Senza on the main/lower and the corridor by West 49 on the main/lower level, on the upper level by Tuxedo Royale and on the upper level in the corridor by Le Chateau.

• Gift Wrapping

  All wrapped up and ready to give for $2.00 to $15.00 depending on the size. Gift boxes are also available for $1.00 to $3.00.
